Abstract: The impact of cultural exchange programs on vocational education is significant for promoting global competencies and cross-cultural understanding among students. This study examines how cultural exchange programs influence vocational students' learning experiences and career readiness. The objectives are: (1) to assess the benefits of cultural exchange programs, (2) to evaluate students' attitudes towards these programs, and (3) to propose strategies for effective implementation. A survey research design is employed to gather data from students, educators, and program coordinators. The sample size includes 300 participants selected through purposive sampling. The case study focuses on vocational institutions in Kano State, known for their active participation in cultural exchange programs. Findings indicated that cultural exchange programs significantly enhanced students' cultural awareness, adaptability, and employability. However, challenges such as cultural adjustment and financial constraints were noted. Recommendations included providing pre-exchange orientation, securing funding support, and fostering ongoing cross-cultural interactions.
